You must provide accurate profile and job information. Technicians are responsible for their licenses and the quality of their work. Customers are responsible for safe access to the job site.
A booking is formed when a quotation or offer is accepted. Cancellation is available before work starts. Disputes can be filed from the booking page for admin review.
Platform commission is disclosed on the booking and deducted in the earnings record. Cash handed to a technician should match the agreed price; the technician's net is the agreed price minus commission.
Accounts that misuse the platform, upload false documents, or harass other users may be suspended.
